Chip Fuller has been involved in the civil engineering products industry for 42 years, in a wide variety of positions and experiences. He has a degree in Ocean Engineering and MBA from Florida Atlantic University and completed an executive education program at Stanford University. He also claims to have a PhD in the School of Hard Knocks, having done significant business in over 30 countries on 6 continents.
Chip was co-founder and President of Strata Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of geogrids used for soil reinforcement,.
He has founded several companies since 1979 including Geodynamics, Inc., Waterway Technologies Co., Strata Systems, Inc., and Abaco Technologies. He has also been employed by Naue GmbH, Nicolon/TenCate, Conwed Plastics and Tensar. Additionally, he has been a key participant in seven mergers/acquisitions since 1984.
After retiring for three years, he joined Earth Retention as a partner in 2020, and is based in Asheville, NC.
